Two types of temperature management systems, a frozen system and a refrigerated system, are used to ensure freshness and flavor when delivering packages.

Features of Cool TA-Q-BIN
Freshness and flavor are maintained by using two types of temperature management systems: a refrigerated system with a standard temperature of 0℃ to 8℃, and a frozen system with a standard temperature of -15℃.
*Appropriate materials and packaging may be required depending on the contents of packages. Please contact Yamato for details.
In the event that no one is present at the delivery destination, packages are stored at appropriate temperatures in the freezer, or refrigerator of the branch office until redelivery.
We offer a "Time Zone Delivery Service" and a "COD System".
A discount of S$1.00 is provided for packages which are brought directly to the delivery office.
TA-Q-BIN Time Zone Service
Please specify one of the following time periods for delivery.
Package picked up in the morning: Specification can be made from 2:00 PM to 9:00 PM on the same day.
Package picked up by 8:00 PM: Specification can be made from 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM of the following day.
Please note that if the recipient is not available at the time of delivery, redelivery will be performed until 9:00 PM. （Free of charge.）
Terms of Usage
- Please ensure that packages are pre-cooled (chilled or frozen) before pickup.

Refrigeration: At least 6 hours at a temperature of 8℃ or below.
Freezing： At least 12 hours at a temperature of -18℃ or below. - Service is not available for 140 size or 160 size items.
- Packages will be exposed to the air during loading, sorting, pickup and delivery. Therefore, a change in temperature may occur.
- Pickup and delivery can be performed for the following areas: the main island of Singapore, Jurong Island, and Sentosa.
- Packages cannot be handed by agency.
- The delivery date cannot be specified.
